FLX Local Media and FLX Digital are seeking applicants for the position of Marketing Consultant at our Auburn, NY location. We are a locally owned, diverse multimedia company sharing your favorite music, news and sports across a variety of platforms. The Finger Lakes market is very unique, and relies on our radio stations and digital content for entertainment and information that Syracuse and Rochester don’t provide. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional with incredible drive, committed to constant learning and improvement, and thrives in a fun, team oriented environment. Our successful Marketing Consultants have a comprehensive understanding of how to utilize Radio and Digital to get results for clients. This position will focus on developing new business on a consistent basis, as well as working with a well established client base. You must have the ability to work on your own, be highly organized and have excellent writing skills. We are the Finger Lakes leader with live sports coverage, including high school, Syracuse University football and basketball, the Buffalo Bills and NASCAR. Therefore, a passion for sports is necessary. Compensation includes salary, commission, health benefits, retirement plan, bonuses and gas allowance.
