As a leader in the field marketing and brand outreach space, we collaborate with well-known national brands to increase visibility, generate new customers, and drive long-term loyalty through live, face-to-face campaigns. No prior marketing experience is required — we provide full training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement.
Assist in planning and executing live marketing campaigns and promotions
Represent client brands at retail locations, trade shows, community events, and pop-up activations
Engage with customers to share product knowledge and brand messaging
Set up and maintain displays, signage, and branded materials at event sites
Collect customer insights and feedback to help improve outreach strategies
Work closely with team members to achieve campaign performance goals
Learn and apply key marketing and communication techniques in the field
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, outgoing personality with a professional appearance
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, people-facing role
Ability to work on-site and travel locally to event locations
Organized with good time management and multitasking abilities
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus (not required)
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required
