Position Summary:
The Manager, Contract Attorney will support to provide daily legal support to business and provide feasible and risk-balanced advice on contracts and projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Become the Business Partner to our Taiwan business to support its overall business goals
+ Provide legal support to the broader South East Asia region
+ Draft and review a wide range of agreements and provide risk analysis & feasible mitigation plans; develop and update various types of contracts templates and training material
+ Conduct legal research on various legal matters and provide legal advice and analysis on applicable laws and regulations
+ Collaborate with business teams and other risk control functions in the development and implementation of policies, and procedures and SOPs. Provide related training or workshops to business teams to enhance compliance awareness
**Qualifications:**
+ LLB degree in Law
+ Admitted to the Taiwan bar (preferred)
+ 7+ years' working experiences in a reputable law firm or as in-house counsel for a multinational company
+ Fluent in English and Chinese (both verbal and written) and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
