In this role, you’ll work directly with  national brands , support  live marketing and promotional campaigns , and gain the foundational skills needed to advance into  management and leadership positions . No prior experience is required—we invest in your success from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with  live marketing campaigns and brand activations to drive customer engagement and brand awareness
• Represent client brands at events, delivering key messaging and creating memorable customer experiences
• Support event logistics, including setup, coordination, and breakdown
• Gather customer feedback and campaign data to help refine marketing strategies
• Maintain brand consistency across promotional materials, signage, and public-facing interactions
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to test outreach strategies and share performance insights
• Provide administrative support, campaign tracking, and team communication assistance

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Positive, outgoing attitude with a strong desire for professional growth
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced, event-driven environments
• Coachable mindset and commitment to continuous learning
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
• No experience required — full paid training provided
