Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for the daily maintenance of the toll plaza, which includes but not limited to acting as a toll attendant, providing customer service, providing security, and maintaining the traffic flow.

• Perform routine cleaning of the plaza, the toll booths, and the office buildings.
• Maintain the facility grounds.
• Function as a toll attendant when necessary, including giving breaks as well.
• Clean and make minor repairs and adjustments to toll collection systems related equipment as requested.
• Support the office staff as needed.
• Maintain equipment and trouble shoot any issues as they arise.
• Complete all required reports and checklists timely.
• Ensure the security of customers, visitors, and the plaza while efficiently maintaining the traffic flow of the Plaza.
• All other duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must possess a High School Diploma or GED
• Must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Must have basic electrical skills regarding (outlets, switches, and fixtures)
• Must have (PC-Peripheral) skills.
• Must have carpentry skills (painting, drywall repair)
• Must have plumbing skills (restroom fixtures)
• Must have experience and knowledge with various tools.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be organized and detailed oriented.
• Must demonstrate the ability work independently.

Education

• High School diploma or GED
