**** **Maintenance Electrician - Greenfield, IN** ** Job Type:** Permanent ** Shift:** Night shift (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM) ** Schedule:** Rotating - 3 days on/4 off, then 4 days on/4 off ** Pay :** Pay Range: $33/hr - $42/hr (Night shift Differential: $2/hr) ** Environment:** Automotive manufacturing (tools provided, annual fitness test required) **️** **Key Responsibilities** + Routine and preventive maintenance on machinery/equipment + Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems + Equipment installation and setup + CMMS management and improvement + Collaboration with production/engineering teams + Lean manufacturing practices **⚡** **Essential Electrical Skills** + Maintenance of motors, control panels, wiring + Troubleshooting 3-phase motors, AC/DC motors, PLCs, VFDs + Reading schematics and PLC I/O diagnostics + Installation of new electrical systems with safety compliance **** **Additional Qualifications** + Industrial maintenance experience + Mechanical troubleshooting (hydraulics, pneumatics) + Repair of gearboxes, bearings, chain-driven conveyors + Familiarity with low voltage (24v) systems **** **Why It Stands Out** + **Work-life balance** : Every other weekend off + **Earning potential** : Overtime available + **Supportive environment** : All tools provided, structured schedule **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Greenfield, IN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $87360.00/yr.
