About the Role
As a Hybrid-Remote Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you'll primarily focus on selling auto insurance while also identifying opportunities to cross-sell other products, including renters, home, condo, rental property, umbrella, earthquake, and life insurance.
This role offers:
A competitive base salary of $41,500-$45,000 plus commission and bonus opportunities
On-track earnings of $65,000+ in the first year

What You'll Do
Educate clients and provide professional insurance advice tailored to their needs
Provide accurate insurance quotes and confidently close sales
Follow up on unsold quotes to maximize opportunities
Make outbound calls to generate leads and expand client relationships
Offer personalized recommendations and highlight bundling benefits
Proactively seek additional sales opportunities to round out accounts
What We're Looking For
Must have an active Property and Casualty License (or be willing to obtain one before starting)
A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with strong sales skills
A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a drive to succeed
Excellent communication skills to explain coverage details clearly
Strong organization and multitasking abilities
