Required Skills and Experience:
This is an entry-level position – prior experience working in a law office is a plus.
Must possess superior communication skills.
Highest ethical standards and professional integrity.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients,
staff, and outside parties.
Spanish speaking is a plus.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle firm clientele with professionalism over the phone.
Manage and produce happy and productive outcomes with clients.
Manage constant back-to-back calls under pressure.
Familiarity with unidentified legal documentation through phone calls.
Communicate needed information to the appropriate parties.
Draft and sent out retainers.
Familiarity developed with all state laws involved with the firm.
Develop high familiarity with Salesforce.
