Bayscapes Inc., a leading landscaping company based in Tampa, Florida, is seeking a talented and creative Landscape Architect to join our team. As a Landscape Architect, you will design and develop innovative outdoor spaces for residential, commercial, and public projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to create functional, aesthetic, and sustainable landscapes. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in landscape design, excellent project management skills, and a passion for environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities:

- Design and plan landscape architecture for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and public spaces.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing expert advice on landscape solutions.

- Create detailed site plans, planting plans, and construction documents.

- Oversee the implementation of designs, working closely with contractors to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.

- Ensure designs meet environmental, zoning, and safety regulations.

- Conduct site analysis, including soil testing, topography, and environmental factors.

- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.

- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in landscape architecture and sustainable design practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.

- Licensed Landscape Architect in the state of Florida (or ability to obtain).

- Proven experience in landscape design and project management.

- Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.).

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Strong understanding of environmental sustainability and green design principles.

- A portfolio showcasing previous landscape design work is required.
