Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with a Bachelor’s Degree along with 2+ years of professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience totaling 4+ years. A minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting video installations in a customer environment is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various cable types, termination standards, and proper cable management techniques. They should also possess strong diagnostic capabilities to identify and resolve issues related to video, audio, control, and network connectivity. Experience with video conferencing hardware such as Cisco, Poly, or Logitech is expected, as is the ability to resolve technical problems and respond to queries related to video systems.

Responsibilities:

• In this position, I will expect you to support all aspects of video installations, which entails the physical placement of various cables (including CAT5, fiber optic, HDMI, coaxial, network, and power), wall jacks, racks, and video equipment as necessary. You will be tasked with installing, pulling, and terminating cables, determining and implementing required pinouts, power supplies, and testing and documenting installations. Additionally, you will assemble and connect components of a video system, which may include video processors, scalers, receivers, amplifiers, media players, and control systems. You will also take part in projects that include cabling and implementation, ensuring alignment with design documents and build-to packages. Local travel between customer buildings or temporary assignments for special projects may be necessary. As part of a diverse team providing coverage from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., flexibility will be key to support 24/7 operations as needed. This may also involve extended hours during peak times and being available for last-minute requests.

Preferred qualifications include relevant experience in video and cabling installation, as well as experience with implementation on the Sponsor's network infrastructure. AVIXA, CompTIA Network+, or CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) Certifications are advantageous. We seek someone who can adapt quickly to changing tasks and requirements and who is eager to learn new skills on the job. A current/active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph is mandatory for this role.

Physical requirements entail the ability to remain stationary for at least 25% of the time and to operate a computer, phone, and other office equipment for extended periods. The candidate must be able to navigate within and between buildings and offices, maintain equipment and cabling, including under desks and in confined spaces such as server closets. Occasionally, the position requires moving Audio/Visual or Computer equipment weighing over 50 pounds, which may involve team lifting or the use of carts. You may also be required to ascend/descend ladders over 10 feet high while pulling cables and adjusting equipment.
