We are looking for a driven and independent Freelance IT Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts on a success fee model .
This role is ideal for someone with 2 3 years of experience in IT recruitment and mass hiring , who is comfortable working remotely and managing end-to-end hiring cycles.
Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for various roles such as Software Developers, QA Engineers, Cloud Specialists, etc.
Manage bulk/mass hiring campaigns and drive volume hiring as per project requirements.
Source candidates using various tools and platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and job boards.
Screen and assess candidates to ensure the best fit based on job requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules, follow up with candidates and hiring teams, and support offer roll-out processes.
Maintain regular reporting and documentation for each mandate.
Ensure a high conversion rate and timely closures.
Act as a professional representative of the company during all candidate interactions.
2 3 years of experience in IT recruitment , preferably with exposure to mass or bulk hiring .
Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps).
Excellent sourcing, screening, and communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple positions simultaneously.
Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment tracking systems is a plus.
Success Fee-Based Model: You will be compensated for each successful hire.
