Your New Role

As our IT and Training Coordinator , you’ll be the heartbeat of our technical and training operations, ensuring every team member is fully equipped and empowered from day one. Based in Rocky Mount, VA , your job is to solve problems fast, coordinate like a pro, and keep the team connected and compliant.

• Handle setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance for all tech—including phones, computers, iPads, and other devices

• Resolve common IT issues in-house and coordinate with vendor/IT partners for bigger ones

• Prepare new hires by ensuring all their tech and software is ready by their start date

• Manage and coordinate training calendars across all departments

• Track and help maintain safety incident records and data reporting

• Be the connective tissue between people, process, and technology

• 1–2 years of experience in IT coordination, training coordination, or administrative tech support

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (certification preferred)

• Solid understanding of various tech systems, including phones, tablets, and device management

• Organizational skills that border on superpower level

• Experience coordinating with outside IT support vendors is a plus

• Must pass a background check, drug screening, and assessments including the Culture Index and TTI
