Job Description

Position: Installation Manager (commercial flooring)

Locaiton : Okalahoma City, OK

Exciting opportunity to join a privately owned, successful commercial flooring company in Oklahoma City, OK. We are growing and looking to hire a knowledgeable commercial flooring professional who is a good leader with previous experience working in commercial flooring. This is an on site, installation management position and a non sales role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Commercial flooring product knowledge and installation best practice awareness
Inspect structures to ensure they are up to standard and ordinances before and after installs.
Able to manage multiple commercial flooring projects at a given time
Develop and maintain working relationships with general contractors, superintendents, installers and customers.
Regularly follow up on projects to ensure installs are completed smoothly and successfully
Maintain a master schedule for work orders and installation, including service and repair.
Computer proficient. We use JobRunner software, and will train.
Communicate with installers to inform them of upcoming installations.
Verify work orders for installers prior to material pickup.
Verify installers are at job-sites.
Responsible for installation crews; performance issues and work quality.
Verify work orders and billings for installers prior to submission to accounting.
Create orders for repairs and send them to accounting for billing.
Create punch sheets for installer repairs.
Communicate with owners and department managers. ( Warehouse Manager reports to the Installation Manager)
Must have a clean driving record and valid OK driver's license.
Able to stand, sit, crouch, hear, speak and occasionally lift 50-100 lbs.

Compensation:

Salary based on experience

M-F, 7:30-4:30

Company vehicle with clean MVR and in state driver license

Company paid health insurance
