What You'll Do as an Inbound Call Center Assistant:

Answer incoming calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and support requests
Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Work collaboratively with a supportive team to ensure customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For in an Inbound Call Center Assistant:

A positive attitude and outstanding communication skills
Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus (but not required!)
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset
Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems
