Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced part-time accountant to join our team in Winchester. This is a hands-on position where you'll be responsible for various day-to-day accounting tasks, supporting the senior management team, and contributing to the overall financial success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Input and maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks (desktop version)
Perform monthly reconciliations and assist with quarterly reports
Manage payroll processes
Create and track budgets, projections, and other management benchmarks
Assist with year-end reporting
Contribute to additional projects as needed
Qualifications:

Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks (desktop) with experience using CLASSES
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
10+ years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in residential construction or a related industry
