Group has 12 Physicians and 22 total APP's
Founded in 2005 with about 50 employees
Great stability and well established group. Physicians and admin have been with this group for over 20 years.
Highly flexible schedule and independence.
Live and work close to Baltimore with great amenities around

About the Role:

Hospitalist Internal Medicine Physician - Hospital and Skilled Nursing Facility Coverage
Location: Parkville, Maryland area (20mins from Baltimore)
Schedule: M-F Daytime Hours - Hours very flexible. Set your own hours.
Physician will spend half day providing hospitalist services and other half covering a skilled nursing facility or primary care.
Typical Daily Volume: 22 Patients
Flexible Schedule: Can start earlier/later in the morning or work longer days to have half day Friday's.
Physician will work 1 weekend per month. Zero call on evenings or weekends.
2-3 facilities on a rotation. All of them are within 30 minutes of each other.
Assess, maintain, and improve the health status of individuals in the community
Covering follow ups, evaluations, new admissions, sick visits, etc..

Benefits:

Excellent Compensation Package
Base Salary: $250,000
Additional Bonuses of 50-75K Annually
Sign On Bonus: 10K
