Job Description

Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aides for the Natick area to assist with our senior Veteran client who are in need of support and companionship.

Available shifts: Weekdays

Morning shift: 6am-9am or 7am-10 or 8am-11am

Job Description:

• Assist with the Activities of Living, personal care
• Assist with light housekeeping
• Encourage walking, exercising
• Providing stimulating conversation
• Activities
• Encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/CarePlan
• Competently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone
• Home Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner

Requirements are as follows:

• Home Health Aide Certification
• 2+Years experience working with your Certification
• Must be kind, compassionate, reliable, and skilled HHA
• Must have experience working with Dementia
• Clean driving record, ability to pass a CORI check
• Current TB test, QuantiFERON Gold Test, or X-ray
• Dementia care experience
• Speak, read, write the English language clearly, and effective communication skills.
• You must own a cell phone.
