Senior Helpers seeking committed, caring and qualified CNAs, Home Health Aides and Caregivers to support our growing number of clients with personal, in-home care. Home Health Aides, Caregivers and CNA's for part time and full time (ALL SHIFTS NEEDED) positions at Senior Helpers in the Deltona area. Job Description Senior Helpers Caregivers provide personal care services for our clients that enable them to safely and comfortably remain in their homes. Caregiver duties include helping clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, eating, grooming and toileting. Examples include:

Companionship (playing games, talking, going for walks)
Light housekeeping, including laundry
Meal planning and preparation
Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as showering, eating, and grooming
Transfer assistance between bed, chairs, wheelchairs, etc.
Transportation to appointments and errands
Medication reminders

Qualifications Needed:

Previous experience with providing personal care, specifically for a private-duty home care agency or in a care facility
Valid driver’s license or government-issued photo ID
Level 2 Background Screen from the State of Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA).
Must be at least 18 years of age
Active CPR certification.
Reliable transportation to and from shifts
Excellent communication skills with a kind, caring and compassionate demeanor
