• Cannonball Recruiting is seeking a dedicated and versatile General Production Worker to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in various operational tasks, contributing to the efficiency and productivity of our production processes. This position requires a proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Experience operating forklifts, cherry pickers, or similar machinery is a plus.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as needed.

Job Duties:

• Perform masking activities
• Perform mechanical cleaning of parts
• Able to use hand tools
• Load and unload parts from production process
• Count, sort, assemble and pack parts
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Communicates well with others
• Team Oriented
• Positive Attitude
• Requires minimal supervision, can work independently
• Safety Minded
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
