This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday, sometimes working at night and weekends will be required. So flexibility is key.

We are currently seeking Pavement Maintenance Specialists & CDL Drivers to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion.
• Follow instructions from Foreman/Superintendent.
• Loading and unloading of materials.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Operate equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling, seal coating, asphalt and concrete paving.
• Communicate job status daily with the Foreman/Superintendent.
• Help maintain a safe, hazard-free job site.
• Additional tasks as required.​

Qualifications:

• Pay Rate of $13-$18 /hr is based on skill set & experience.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation.
• You are a self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve.
• You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 80lbs).
• Ability to work well independently unsupervised.
• Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset.
• An Engineering educational background is an asset.
• Experience in line striping and/or pavement repair is an asset.
• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.
• Show initiative and willingness to learn.
