Position Overview:

The Foundation Repair Specialist is responsible for installing foundation repair systems, performing structural wood repairs, crawl space solutions, and moisture-control components with high workmanship and attention to detail. This role requires physical stamina, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver a world-class customer experience on every job. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural repairs and installations including piers, jacks, beams, and stabilization systems.
• Perform crawl space work such as vapor barriers, encapsulation, drainage systems, sump pumps, and dehumidifier installations.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, jackhammers, compactors, and concrete equipment safely and correctly.
• Load, unload, and prepare materials, tools, and equipment for daily jobs.
• Ensure job sites are clean, protected, and left better than you found them— White-Glove Service every time.
• Assist the Crew Leader with measurements, layouts, digging, and equipment setup.
• Uphold safety standards, follow jobsite protocols, and comply with company procedures.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners when needed.
• Maintain a high level of productivity and Bias-for-Action to complete jobs on time.
• Support teammates through physical labor, positive attitude, and Grit in challenging conditions.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs routinely.
• Ability to crouch, crawl, and work in confined crawl spaces for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of conditions.
• Strong work ethic and reliability—show up ready to work daily.
• Team-player mindset and willingness to learn new skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in construction, concrete, foundation repair, waterproofing, or related trades.
• Knowledge of crawl space environments, drainage systems, or structural components.
• Ability to read basic measurements and follow installation diagrams.
