RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are looking for a dependable and safety-driven Forklift Operator to join our warehouse operations team in Fort Myers, FL 33913 with $19/hr pay for 3months contract (temp only) . This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient product movement, accurate inventory management, and timely loading and unloading of materials. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. APPLY NOW!

Schedule: 2:00PM – 10:00PM

Dress Code:  Steel toe shoes required

What You’ll Do:

• Operate a forklift to move materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
• Load and unload trucks, and transport products from production lines to designated storage areas.
• Verify load sheets to ensure accuracy and proper equipment/product allocation.
• Perform shipping and receiving duties including checking, labeling, and staging products.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse, including aisles and loading zones.
• Participate in inventory control and daily cycle counts.
• Support warehouse and production teams with material handling tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Forklift experience and certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to work safely and effectively in various weather conditions.
• Basic computer and data entry skills with solid math abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 66 lbs safely.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Steel toe boots required for all shifts.
