As a Flight Nurse , you'll be part of a highly skilled team delivering comprehensive, lifesaving care to critically ill and injured patients in both pre-hospital and inter-facility transport settings . Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, high-quality patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, and emergency treatments.
• Accurately document patient stabilization, transport details, and billing information.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external partners.
• Support public relations and outreach efforts.
• Stay current through mandatory training, clinical rotations, and continuing education.
• Maintain active certifications and meet annual competency requirements.
• Operate under the Medical Director’s guidance, following all medical protocols.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• 3+ years of critical care/emergency experience (5+ preferred).
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and one of the following: TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS (NRP and instructor certifications preferred).
• CFRN certification required within 24 months of hire.
• Flight or transport nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must meet weight requirements (below 235 lbs.) for safety compliance.
• Basic computer skills for electronic charting and communication.
• Ability to pass a pre-placement physical exam, strength/flexibility assessment, and drug screening.
