Responsibilities: - Maintain professional communication with different channels and distribute all incoming operational information to the relevant departments.
- Ensure production processes, quality standards, deadlines, and accuracy are met to hand over DO & CO’s high-end products to the aircraft crew in person without delays.
- Ensure products and trolleys always meet the utmost quality standards and the delivery is done according to the customer’s instructions.
- Conduct physical counts and pack additional equipment or products.
- Identify procedures that can be improved and put forward suggestions for more efficiency and customer care.
- Confirm special meals and the correct number of meals for each flight are ready, packed, and assigned correctly.
- Work alongside a team of Food Packers with a Hands-on approach and assist in assembly line when necessary, setting up trays, preparing and packaging food inside a cooler/refrigerated area.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management, upholding DO & CO standards.
Qualifications: - Must have a valid driver's license.
- A minimum of 2 years of related work experience, preferably in customer service, is beneficial.
- Ability to meet requirements necessary to obtain a PANYNJ ID (Port Authority NY/NJ per TSA regulations and, more specifically, 49 CFR
- 1542.209).
- Computer literate.
- Excellent planning and coordination skills.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Hands-on approach.
- Ability to work a minimum of 50% of the workday inside a cooler/refrigerated area.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and with a diversified clientele.
- Capacity to work well within a team and show leadership skills.
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
- Must have flexible schedule availability.
