Job Title: Finance & Operations Manager- Asset Management Firm Employment Type: Full-Time Location: San Mateo; 5 days in office Salary: $110-150k (DOE) + Bonus Competitive Salary, 401k Match, Medical, Vision, Dental, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Profit Sharing. We are partnering with a well-established asset management firm seeking a Finance & Operations Associate to support various financial and administrative functions. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in accounting, payroll, and financial operations. Key Responsibilities: + Assist with accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments. + Serve as a vendor liaison, coordinating with external partners and financial institutions. + Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and HSA plan management. + Assist with internship program onboarding and offboarding, including background checks. + Manage financial transactions, including wires and ACH transfers. + Assist with compensation and benefits administration, including annual statements and insurance renewals. + Provide accounting and tax support, including reviewing ledgers, preparing tax documents, and supporting quarterly and year-end closings. + Contribute to budgeting and forecasting efforts, as well as financial statement reviews. Requirements + Experience in finance, accounting, or payroll administration preferred. + Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. + Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
