Your Role

Your primary responsibility is the assembly of products according to specifications, ensuring efficiency and quality to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assemble parts and components into finished products.
• Conduct quantity and quality checks on components and final products.
• Utilize basic ERP systems, computers, and understand scheduling requirements.
• Adhere to technical instructions and interpret BOM.
• Perform product testing and quality checks.
• Manage products carefully to prevent damage.
• Execute quality spot checks with required documentation.
• Ensure tasks assigned by the production lead are finished safely and efficiently, meeting quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Support other stations as needed.

Skills & Experience

• Understanding production protocols and goals.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and detail orientation.
• Proficient with tools like wire strippers and pliers.
• Strict adherence to safety policies.
• Team-oriented and collaborative across departments.
• Able to recognize colors and differentiate electronic components.
• Capable of interpreting technical documents.
