Job Description

Description of the role: The Express Service Advisor at Starling Chevrolet in Orlando, FL will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance in scheduling maintenance and repair services. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive services and excellent communication skills to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively. Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in scheduling express service appointments
  • Communicate service recommendations and pricing to customers
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding service status
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized service advisory area
  • Describe all work performed and related charges billed
  • Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories and attend product training as required
  • Maintain a service customer follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
  • Other duties, as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in customer service or automotive industry preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Have or able to obtain a Florida driver's license within 30 days of hire
