Express Lube Technician Toyota of Cool Springs is looking for talented Quick Lube Technicians to continue our growth and provide our customers with exceptional service. 4-DAY WORK WEEK / GET 3 DAYS OFF EVERY WEEK!

• Perform basic maintenance needs (oil changes, tire rotations, filters, batteries, wipers) according to the repair order for each vehicle
• Work in a high efficiency two person team
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to identify the problem quickly
• Effective analytical and communication skills
• Good reading, computer, and mathematics skills
• Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications
• Should be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
