We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented **Event Coordinator** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, organizing, and executing events from concept to completion, ensuring each project aligns with our clients’ vision and the agency’s high standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**
Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including logistics, timelines, and vendor management.
Support the senior event team in developing event concepts and client presentations.
Manage on-site event execution to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and internal departments.
Maintain accurate event documentation, budgets, and reports.
Assist in post-event evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications
**Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in event coordination or project management preferred.
Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends for event days.
