As part of the Data and Tech team, you will develop, validate, and manage testing of Artificial Intelligence (AI) models and use cases related to risk, compliance, & legal functions. As a Manager, you will take ownership of projects, verifying their successful planning, budgeting, execution, quality, and completion. You will be responsible for applying AI techniques in multiple risk domains including internal audit, SOX compliance, or forensics. 

Responsibilities

- Develop and validate testing of models within Risk & Compliance functions 

- Take ownership of projects, overseeing their successful planning, budgeting, execution, quality, and completion   

- Apply AI techniques   

- Lead teams in a dynamic work environment   

- Manage stakeholder expectations and scope   

- Analyze and solve complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables   

- Contribute to team knowledge capital  

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 5 years of experience in machine learning and generative AI development

What Sets You Apart

- Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration/Management, Mathematical Statistics, Risk Management, Statistics preferred

- Proficiency in analytical software and tools

- Demonstrating proven experience applying statistical and machine learning techniques

- Risk or controls background

- Leading teams and complex engagements

- Business development experience in consulting

- Managing technical and logistical aspects of projects

- Mentoring teams and providing constructive feedback

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
