We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Entry Level Junior Marketing Associate to join our expanding team and assist in delivering innovative marketing strategies for our diverse clientele. This role plays a pivotal part in executing on-site promotions, marketing campaigns, and advertising strategies, each tailored to the unique needs of our clients' target markets.

As our event portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for individuals passionate about marketing, sales, and customer service to support marketing events and help expand our clients' presence in the regional area. This position is essential to the Promotional Events team and reports directly to management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Event Strategy : Collaborate with the Promotions Team to develop and implement marketing strategies for each event.
• Event Coordination : Oversee event setup, visual merchandising, inventory control, and ensure smooth logistics.
• Sales Tracking : Process and track event sales to monitor progress and success.
• Logistics Management : Coordinate event timelines and schedules to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Lead by Example : Serve as a dynamic member of the event staff and mentor interns to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in sales , marketing , retail , or customer service .
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
• Driven to succeed and achieve goals.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Ability to talent scout and recruit new associates from the local area.
• Willingness to mentor and train entry-level associates.
