We are currently looking for skilled Electric Pallet Jack Maintenance Mechanics, that woulddiagnose, repair, and maintain electric and manual pallet jacks and other material handling equipment by inspecting components, troubleshooting electrical and hydraulic issues, and performing preventative maintenance. Job Requirements:What You Bring:Visually inspect machinery /equipment for defects such as breakage or excessive wearRoutinely inspect pallet jacks and related equipment for defects, damage, and potential issues, often using technical manuals and diagnostic equipment to find problems. Perform mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs on both manual and electric pallet jacksTroubleshoots and analyzes complex problems and implements proper remedies while ensuring that all safety guidelines and regulations are adhered to when repairing or maintaining equipment.Track the status of equipment, tag unsafe units, and coordinate with other teams to manage the flow of equipment into and out of the workshopMaintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed, potentially using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)Maintain operations of systems such as pneumatic, hydraulic, ammonia, etc.Install and repair electrical apparatus, such as transformers, breakers, switches, receptacles, wiring, and electronic components of machinery and equipment.Repair, replace, and maintain the physical structure of equipment.Fast paced work environment with, in, and around industrial machinery.Cold storage environment. Production rooms are kept at a constant 32 degrees (and below in certain areas). Ability to withstand cold storage temps for extended periods of time.Capability to bend, twist, and squat as needed throughout the shift.Ability to lift to 50 pounds without reasonable assistance.Must be able to frequently push, pull, kneel, bend, and reach with both arms.Ability to work in a refrigerated environment. Production rooms are kept at a constant 32 degrees (and below in certain areas). Ability to withstand cold storage temps for extended periods of time*Military experience welcomed
