Job Description

Our client, a global law firm known for its innovation and client-centric approach, is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Analysis & Technology Senior Staff Lawyer to join their dynamic team. This position offers the flexibility of working in the Chicago office 2-3 times a week. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in litigation and eDiscovery, with expertise in RelativityOne. Responsibilities include advising on all phases of the EDRM process, managing technology-assisted review workflows, and providing strategic guidance to clients. Strong communication skills, legal research abilities, and active bar membership in Illinois is required. Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on all phases of the EDRM including data preservation, collection, review, and production
• Draft and negotiate ESI protocols and search terms with internal and external parties
• Manage workflows involving technology-assisted review (TAR) and other advanced analytics
• Advise clients and litigation teams on discovery strategies, best practices, and cost-effective solutions
• Utilize RelativityOne for data review, analysis, and project oversight
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to discovery and case strategy
• Draft persuasive memoranda, motions, and other legal documents
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients across offices and practice areas

Qualifications

• JD with active membership in the Illinois
• Several years of litigation and eDiscovery experience, preferably in a law firm or similar professional setting
• Practical and detailed knowledge of the EDRM lifecycle
• Proficiency with RelativityOne and related eDiscovery technologies
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Strong academic credentials and a commitment to high-quality client service

Expected salary for this role is $130,000 - $200,000, commensurate with experience, training, skills, qualifications, and other market factors.
