Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management And Strategy

• Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with company goals.
• Manage daily social media activities, including creating, scheduling, and publishing

content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook using platforms like Sprout

Social, and Hootsuite.

• Ensure brand consistency and storytelling excellence in posts, videos, and graphics.

Content Creation & Engagement

• Create compelling and visually engaging content, including graphics, videos, and

written posts.

• Collaborate with internal teams to showcase projects.
• Film and edit short-form videos for promotional campaigns and internal branding.
• Capture and curate high-quality photos and videos of company events, projects, and

employee highlights.

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.

Engagement & Analytics

• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build Guernsey’s online

community.

• Track social media analytics and generate insights to refine and optimize content

strategies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to amplify project successes.
• Generate monthly reports on engagement, reach, and overall performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data.

Marketing Support

• Assist with developing marketing materials and digital campaigns.
• Support content planning for special events, tradeshows, and corporate initiatives.
• Support other marketing initiatives as needed.
