You will manage the hemodialysis needs of assigned patients including: + Initiating an on-going systematic assessment of patients. + Providing nursing care to meet the needs of the hemodialysis patient. + Interpreting assessment data and information. + Collaborating with providers regarding the dialysis treatment plan. + Performing hemodialysis as prescribed. + Teaching and counseling patients/families. **Qualifications** You will demonstrate an understanding of patient needs, ensuring that each patient feels informed and understood, as well as heard. You are passionate about providing superior quality care and you are an inventive problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment. **Minimum requirements:** + Valid temporary or permanent State Registered Nurse License. + At least 1 year of Hemodialysis experience + BLS required.
