**Job Title:** Device Tracking Specialist **Location:** North Chicago, IL **Ensure Safety. Drive Compliance. Make an Impact.** We're looking for a **Device Tracking Analyst** to help ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance by managing medical device tracking activities. If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about making a difference in healthcare, this role is for you. **What You'll Do:** + Maintain and reconcile device tracking records in alignment with regulatory requirements + Communicate with customers to verify device details and support compliance efforts + Assist with complaint handling and documentation processes + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tracking systems and customer experience + Handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy + Support global initiatives to enhance tracking systems and meet international standards + Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and follow-ups **What You Bring:** + Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred + 3+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or related fields + Familiarity with regulatory compliance in medical device or healthcare settings + Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills + Ability to manage confidential information with discretion + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new tools **Why Join Us?** You'll be part of a collaborative team that values precision, innovation, and continuous improvement-all while contributing to safer patient outcomes and regulatory excellence.
