WHO YOU ARE

You are ambitious and outgoing and selling upscale food and beverage items come naturally to you. You are happiest when given the opportunity to create an unforgettable dining experience for your guests. You have a passion for serving, and you love to share the experience of outstanding food and beverage. You’ve been a server in a chef driven restaurant and have a deep understanding of food, ingredients, preparation and cooking techniques. You have three to five years of fine dining experience and advanced beverage knowledge of spirits, beer and wine. You are comfortable talking about food from around the world, but Italian food is a personal passion of yours.

WHAT YOU DO

You will be the warm and knowledgeable ambassador of Denim, leading and driving the guest dining experience. You will share the unique details of our menu and make recommendations.
