Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a sharp and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support performance tracking, strategic decision-making, and operational insights across the studio. In this role, you’ll analyze data from sales, marketing, and product platforms, build dashboards, and provide actionable reporting to help our ventures grow smarter and faster. This is a cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives on solving business problems through clean, accessible data.

Work Setup: On-site from Monday to Thursday; remote on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, structure, and validate data from multiple sources (e.g., CRM, marketing platforms, product usage logs).
• Business Analysis & Reporting: Deliver regular dashboards and ad hoc reports that track KPIs, campaign performance, sales funnels, and operational metrics.
• Insight Generation: Identify trends, outliers, and patterns to support strategic decisions across product, marketing, and growth teams.
• Tooling & Automation: Help implement and maintain tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Google Sheets-based dashboards for ongoing analysis.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, marketers, and founders to translate questions into data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and present insights in a clear, compelling way.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in early-stage startups or supporting multiple business units.
• Familiarity with SaaS or marketplace metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, churn, conversion funnels).
• Exposure to marketing analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads).
• Knowledge of Python or R for deeper statistical analysis is a plus.
