We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our outreach and marketing team, where you’ll help bring nonprofit campaigns to life through face-to-face engagement, community events, and grassroots outreach .

As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll be the face of nonprofit campaigns—helping organizations connect with the public, raise awareness, and inspire action.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent nonprofits at community events, fundraisers, and live outreach programs
Engage the public in a friendly, professional, and authentic way
Share the mission and impact of nonprofit organizations
Educate individuals on how to get involved and support causes
Build relationships to foster long-term donor engagement
Work with your team to ensure successful campaign execution
