Job Description

A customer service data entry clerk  enters customer information into databases and helps maintain customer service and data accuracy . CSR stands for Corporate Social Responsibility. 
Responsibilities Enter customer information into databases, Update records, Ensure data accuracy, and Handle customer queries. 

Requirements

- Hours 11am to 7pm
Must be able to work OT and
late hours
-2 years experience as a CSR
- Knowledge of WMS systems
(Order Management Systems)- Excellent communication
and Customer Service skills
- MUST Speak & write English
- Must pass Verification Send resume
