• Appear in criminal court
• Supervise paralegals, law clerks, and administrative personnel
• Determine a course of action to meet client objectives after analysis
• Receptivity to high-pressure situations
• Attendances at OFP and HRO hearings

Qualifications:

• Minnesota bar license
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a licensed criminal attorney preferred.
• Proven experience with criminal law and court appearances
• A good moral and professional reputation
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think critically and solve complex legal problems
• Organizational and time-management skills
• A self-starter with the capacity to work independently
• Flexible scheduling capability
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Spanish language fluency is a plus
