Radius Packaging is seeking a detail-oriented Cost Accountant located onsite at our New Berlin, WI location to enhance our financial decision-making through precise cost tracking, reporting, and analysis. You’ll partner across operations and finance to optimize production costs, inventory control, and process efficiency. If you haev a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field required.
• 1–5 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing or auditing cost systems preferred.
• Strong understanding of cost principles, inventory management, and GAAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard accounting software.
• ERP experience preferred (IQMS or Oracle), plus exposure to analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
