Job Description

Coporate Sales Trainer  

Location: Orlando, FL (Maitland area) 

Schedule: Full Time, Hybrid 3x/week in office, Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00 

Exempt Salary: $70,000-$108,000, plus Annual Discretionary Bonus, Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k), PTO, Paid Holidays, and more!

Role Overview

Reporting to the Training and Development Director, this role plays a key part in developing sales talent, ensuring product knowledge, and driving consistency in sales techniques that align with company goals 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and facilitate onboarding and ongoing training programs for sales professionals, focusing on financial products, compliance requirements, sales methodology, and customer engagement. 
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify skill gaps, performance trends, and training needs that impact revenue growth. 
  • Create tailored training content including presentations, playbooks, scripts, e-learning modules, and role-play scenarios specific to fintech solutions and small business financing. 
  • Coach and mentor sales staff individually and in groups to strengthen product knowledge, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills. 
  • Ensure training programs reflect current industry regulations, credit policies, and compliance standards relevant to lending and financial services. 
  • Measure training effectiveness through assessments, performance metrics, and feedback, making improvements as needed. 
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure sales teams stay informed about new products, services, and go-to-market strategies. 
  • Stay current with fintech trends, small business market dynamics, and innovative training methods to continuously enhance sales effectiveness. 

Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development or related field (preferred) 
  • Education may be substituted for experience. 
  • Proven experience in adult learning and instructional design 
  • Strong knowledge of the sales cycle, consultative selling, and small business financing solutions. 
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills (in-person and virtual). 
  • Experience developing training materials and using Learning Management Systems (LMS), Canva, course development, video editing and e-learning tools. 
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable training programs. 
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in lending/financial products is preferred. 

Physical Demands:  

  • Working in a temperature-controlled office environment 
  • Sitting at a desk for long periods of time while viewing multiple computer screen monitors
  • Potential lifting of boxes around 5-10lbs
