Contracts Administrator
Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to manage the administration of office equipment service and leasing contracts. In this role, you will oversee contract documentation, interact with clients, and process purchase orders to ensure smooth operations. This position is ideal for someone with an eye for detail and a knack for reading and maintaining contract records, offering an opportunity to support our team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain office equipment service and leasing contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Review contract terms, track renewals, and update records with precision.
- Serve as the point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and coordinating contract-related needs.
- Process purchase orders, liaising with vendors and internal teams to support timely fulfillment.
- Assist with contract documentation and reporting as needed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or contract-related role.
- Any contract experience (e.g., service, leasing, or similar) or a strong aptitude for reading and interpreting detailed documentation.
- Background in bookkeeping or accounting is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and teamwork.
- High attention to detail, organization, and proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office).
