We are looking for a dynamic
Community Outreach & Social Media Manager to join our team in West Plano. This person will be the face and voice of MaxStrength Fitness in the community—building partnerships, driving engagement, and ensuring our message reaches and inspires the right people.
Key Responsibilities Community Engagement & Relationship-Building - Represent MaxStrength Fitness at local events, schools, and networking groups.
- Build and nurture partnerships with businesses, organizations, and influencers in the West Plano area.
- Create a welcoming, engaging experience for both prospective and current clients through community-driven initiatives.
- Turn every event—big or small—into an opportunity to connect meaningfully with attendees.
Social Media & Marketing - Manage and grow MaxStrength Fitness’ presence across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop engaging content that reflects our brand values and client success stories.
- Drive local engagement through creative campaigns, promotions, and storytelling.
- Track analytics to measure the success of outreach and social campaigns.
Event & Program Execution - Plan, promote, and execute community events with attention to detail and brand alignment.
- Partner with local businesses for co-hosted events and strategic cross-promotions.
- Work within budgets to maximize impact and visibility.

- Bring positive energy and resilience to the team, even during busy or challenging times.

Qualifications - Experience in community engagement, event planning, or social media management (fitness industry a plus, but not required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable striking up conversations, presenting the brand, and creating connections.
- Creative thinker with a track record of building excitement around events, products, or services.
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
