Our Quick Response CNAs (STNAs) are specially trained to respond rapidly to critical needs, bringing additional support during active dying. This role is about being present, offering both clinical and emotional care when it matters most. CNA Weekends (STNA) Shift:  Saturday to Sunday, 8:00 PM - 8:30 AM 

• Travel to the office in Dayton, OH is required.

CNA Weekends (STNA) Qualifications:

• Must be certified by the state as a nurse's aide with an unrestricted, active aide certification.
• 6 months of current experience as a Hospice Aide or Nurse Aide is required.
• Must have completed an Ohio State Department of Health Competency Test from an accredited program with a minimum requirement of 75 hours of certification
• Hospice or Home Health Agency experience preferred.
• Must possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients and their families, as well as all interdisciplinary caregivers, peers, subordinates, and supervisors.
• Must exhibit or demonstrate the ability to learn computer skills related to required clinical software and electronic clinical record utilization.
• Must have a reliable vehicle/transportation, a valid driver's license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle.
