Located in Baltimore's cultural center near the historic Mount Vernon neighborhood, UMMC Midtown Campus is a 180-bed, community teaching hospital with a focus on helping people manage chronic diseases, including diabetes, hypertension, pulmonary conditions, and infectious diseases.
Job Description
Ready to be our Education Superstar? Here's what you'll get to do:

* Be the mastermind behind awesome learning experiences! Team up with our Director of Perioperative Services and Clinical Education squad to create exciting education plans for our amazing healthcare team - from RNs and LPNs to Surgical Tech wizards and beyond!
* Spread the education magic! Share your brilliant plans with managers and staff, making sure everyone's in the loop and ready to learn.
* Rock the coordination world! Take charge of implementing education plans across our hospital, making learning fun and accessible for everyone.
* Be our competency detective! Work with Directors, Managers, and our Professional Development Council to spot must-have skills and create engaging ways to master them.
* Become the ultimate organizer! Help arrange and schedule competency assessments that keep our teams sharp and our patients safe - all while having a blast doing it!

Qualifications

* Currently licensed in the State of Maryland.
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, MS preferred. Certification in specialty desired.
* Three-five years experience in clinical specialty. Formal teaching experience preferred.
