We are seeking a dynamic Clinic Manager to lead our pediatric therapy clinic, overseeing its operations and fostering a culture aligned with our mission. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all clinic activities, including developing and managing the clinic’s budget, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and providing strong leadership to our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional care, possess excellent leadership abilities, and have a strategic vision for growth and success.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Understands the business needs of the patient care programs and takes action to implement strategies accordingly.
Develops and implements operational budgets in order to promote efficient fiscal operations.
Collaborates with the Director of Development on grants, donor growth and stewardship.
Revises and implements patient care policies, procedures, and methods according to standards for excellent service.
Identifies, problem-solves and implements strategies for future financial sustainability and clinic growth in alignment with the company’s strategic vision.
Assesses the qualifications of potential workforce members through talent management, recruitment, and acquisition.
Provides team members with opportunities for continuous growth, development, and training, where applicable.
Evaluates and develops highly relevant key performance indicators as part of quality improvement measures.
Maintains an awareness and takes enforcement actions pursuant to OSHA, HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules and compliancy.
Collaborates with the Clinical Director for best practices, problem solving and office flow.
Understands electronic medical record (EMR) system to assist with system issues if required.
Attends meetings and conferences and participates in other activities to promote professional growth.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Oversees six or more direct reports, providing direction, coordination, and evaluation of the patient care program.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
Plans, assigns, and directs work, appraises performance, rewards and disciplines employees, and addresses complaints and resolves problems.

Education and/or Experience
Master’s degree in business administration or healthcare administration or equivalent is preferrable. Years of experience may be considered in lieu of master’s degree. Five years of relevant work experience required.
Computer Skills
To be successful in this job, an individual should have basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software and web-based applications such as electronic medical records.
Other Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) provider certification with skills testing required.
