Effective July 1, 2025, in accordance with the applicable Memorandum of Understanding, the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) was implemented. PLP 2025 requires each full-time employee in Bargaining Unit M01 and related Excluded, Exempt and Statutory Exempt employees, will have their base salary reduced by 3% percent and will receive 5-hours PLP 2025 leave credits monthly through June 2027. Salaries do not reflect the recent changes. Part-time employees are subject to the same conditions as full-time employees, on a prorated basis equivalent to their time-base. CCHCS seeks to fill a permanent/full-time Information Technology Manager I, position in the Information Technology Services Division.Under the general direction of the Deputy Director, Technology Governance & Support Services (TGSS), the Information Technology (IT) Manager I serves as the Chief, Governance & Oversight (G&O) team and manages strategies, governance, policies, and project manager support for TGSS. The IT Manager I will serve as a senior level manager within CCHCS, IT Services Division and will have responsibility for planning, managing, staffing, and overseeing project management knowledge areas. The IT Manager I facilitates organizational change management, project management and governance across projects. The incumbent must maintain confidentiality of information acquired while performing job duties, demonstrate ethical behavior and work cooperatively with others. Travel to institutions and work activities outside normal working hours may be required due to operational need.
