Albert’s Bar is seeking a strong and talented Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen team!
THE ROLE
The Chef de Cuisine (CDC) will oversee all daily culinary operations at Albert’s Bar, leading a high-performing kitchen team while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and efficiency. This role works closely with the Executive Chef and on-site management to oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and maintain high operational standards. The position is primarily Monday–Friday, with flexibility required to support scheduled events on weekends.
